Flour’d Up is about good pizza, really good pizza!
Back in spring 2016 we picked up a second hand pizza trailer and hit the streets of South Wales. What was supposed to be a bit of fun and making a few pizzas on the weekend quickly became a whole lot more.
The dream was street food. To do a few events and have some fun making pizza. So we set off to Hay-on-Wye and Monmouth markets and learnt the trade. People came and bought and they seemed to like our pizza too!
Since those early days, we’ve upgraded the pizza oven and have moved to Cardiff. We are regulars on the street food scene around Cardiff. We work alongside Cardiff Farmers Market at Roath, Cardiff Met and Cardiff Uni. You can regularly find us doing pizza pop ups in Cardiff and Barry.
In 2018 Flour’d Up were named finalists in the ‘best pizza’ category and the Welsh Italian awards and were also finalist in the best streetfood category at the Welsh food awards.
