This coming summer will be our 9th year of trading. Our story started with a second hand trailer purchased from a lovely couple in Hereford. With little idea of what we were doing, we headed back to our Newport base to practise our pizza making skills and pray that somebody would have us at their venue!

Thankfully the events came and we slowly worked out how to run a successful pop-up. It could be a struggle getting through the long winter months and work at a coffee shop and helping mates, got us through the hard times until we could get out pizza making again (putting up fences was never my strong point)!

We moved to Cardiff, upgraded to a new trailer and amazingly we started to be asked to cater for wedding parties. This wasn’t something that we ever planned for, but has now become the focus of our business. The reason you won’t find us at street food events is that we are usually catering for a wedding party.

During the covid pandemic we had to diversify and started offering make-at-home pizza kits. We delivered these around South Wales and thanks to the support of our customers, this got us through those times which we were incredibly grateful for the support.

Thankfully, the world has returned to some normality and we have been flat out ever since. We have added our grazing boards too. We offer these to our wedding couples as well corporate catering.

You can still find us at our regular markets at Belle Vue and Riverside as well as pop-ups and events under our gazebo, slinging pizza!
