We believe in giving our customers the most authentic product possible, whilst incorporating some of the best producers that we’re lucky enough to have on our doorstep.
We have great suppliers who bring us authentic ingredients from Italy that we incorporate in our pizza. Caputo “00” flour and San Marzano are used in all of our pizza.
If it’s good enough for the Neapolitan’s, it’s good enough for us!!
We hand make all of our dough which is fermented for a minimum 48 hours. Our toppings are locally sourced. The award winning Trealy Farm, based in Monmouthshire supply us with free range cured meats, from their Welsh beef pepperoni, sobrasada and salamis.
Drwytho from Aberdare supply us with chilli and garlic oils.
