We believe in giving our customers the most authentic product possible, whilst incorporating some of the best producers that we’re lucky enough to have on our doorstep.
We only use Caputo “00” flour, imported from Italy, as are our San Marzano tomatoes. If it’s good enough for the Neapolitan’s, it’s good enough for us!!
Our toppings are locally sourced. The award winning Trealy Farm, based in monmouthshire supply us with cured meats, from their Welsh beef pepperoni, sobrasada and salamis.
Drwytho from Aberdare supply us with chilli and garlic oils.
