Good food is all about finding the best produce possible. We use traditional ingredients from Italy, whilst incorporating some of the best producers that we’re lucky enough to have on our doorstep in South Wales.
We have great suppliers who bring us Caputo “00” flour and San Marzano tomatoes that are used in all of our pizza.
If it’s good enough for the Neapolitan’s, it’s good enough for us!!
We hand make all of our dough which is fermented for a minimum 48 hours. Our toppings are locally sourced. The multi- award winning Trealy Farm Charcuterie based in Monmouthshire supply us with ethically sourced free range cured meats, that include Welsh beef pepperoni, sobrasada, cured hams and salamis.
We keep the menu fresh and seasonal. We can cater for food intolerances and dietary requirements and offer vegan and vegetarian options.
