Good food is all about finding the best produce possible. We use traditional ingredients from Italy, whilst incorporating some of the best producers that we’re lucky enough to have on our doorstep in South Wales.

We have great suppliers who bring us Caputo “00” flour and San Marzano tomatoes from the Campania region of Italy……If it’s good enough for the Neapolitan’s, it’s good enough for us!!
We hand make all of our dough (not a mixer in sight) which is fermented for a minimum 72 hours before being balled up for our next event.
Our toppings are locally sourced. The multi- award winning Trealy Farm Charcuterie based in Monmouthshire supply us with ethically sourced free range cured meats, that include Welsh pepperoni, sobrasada, cured hams and salamis.
We keep the menu fresh and seasonal and can cater for food intolerances and dietary requirements and offer vegan and vegetarian options.
