We may now live and spend a lot of time trading in Cardiff, but Flour’d Up began life in sunny Newport and it’s always great to head back and trade in the city. We always feel the love whenever we trade there.

Thankfully the lovely people at The Tea Rooms in Belle Vue Park have supported us through lockdown and since 2020 we have been trading at the monthly market, street food Friday’s and at their cinema nights.

You can catch us on the first Sunday of the month for the food market 🍕👊
