On the Fitzhamon Embankment, on the banks of the River Taff every Sunday from 10-2pm you will find Riverside Farmers Market. We have been trading at Riverside Farmers Market for the past few years. Even before we set up the business we would visit the market, usually to sample Kimi’s curry (which is a Cardiff institution) and check out the latest stalls and trends.

Our dream was to set up a street food business and one place that we wanted to trade at was Riverside. We had to be patient and wait our turn.

Before we even traded at Riverside we worked with Cardiff Farmers markets for 6 years, originally at Roath Market, the street food Blas events at the Yard, Kings Road and also at Cardiff Uni for the open days. So when a pitch became available, we snapped it up!

Throughout lockdowns the markets largely stayed open and the footfall became insane! It was fantastic to see so many people visit every weekend and the support that ourselves and our fellow traders received was hugely welcomed.
If you are looking for something to do on a sunday moring, I can’t recommend a visit to Riverside enough. You can begin your stroll with a mocha from Tom at Stronghold Coffee, grab some Welsh Fwdge, a pastry from Pettigrew and some organic fruit and veg from Pav. There is something for everyone and always a great vibe and ‘the best’ traders in the business.
You can find us trading at Riverside on the 2nd and 4th Sunday’s of the month.
